About the Author

Arvind Otta is a mental health professional and educator who has worked extensively to promote human rights and equality for people experiencing mental health challenges. His work has also focused on reducing the stigma and taboos surrounding mental health through education, awareness, and advocacy. He was awarded a Gold Medal in 2003 by the then Lok Sabha Speaker and was recognized as Asia’s Youngest Best Mental Health Professional in 2018.
