Eligibility Criteria for the MA Psychology Program
To be admitted to the MA Psychology program at Mithibai College of Arts, candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates who have completed a BA in Psychology from the University of Mumbai or any other UGC-recognized equivalent university are eligible to apply, provided they have obtained the minimum credits required for a Psychology major, excluding credits earned through optional courses.
Method of Selection
Selection to the MA Psychology program at Mithibai College of Arts will be based on an Entrance Exam, followed by an Interview.
Merit List Criteria
The final merit list will be prepared based on the following weightage:
- Entrance Test Score: 60%
- Interview Score: 20%
- Qualifying Degree Marks: 20% (Calculated using the total marks obtained from Semester I to Semester VI, or Semester I to Semester V if Semester VI results are not yet declared.)
Exam Pattern
- Mode of Exam: Online Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Total Questions: 100 (1 mark each)
- Duration: 100 minutes

Application Process and Fee
To apply for the MA Psychology program at Mithibai College of Arts, candidates must complete the online application process.
